The hostel had a great atmosphere with friendly staff, free water refill, and a good breakfast. the location was convenient, just a short walk to the local market and cheap local eats. the beach was easily accessible with free bicycles provided by the hostel. a relaxed and authentic experience.
WiFi was unreliable and the bathrooms in the private rooms lacked proper ventilation, with the toilets frequently getting clogged. These issues were a minor inconvenience compared to the overall positive experience at the hostel.

I absolutely loved my stay at this unique and cozy hostel in downtown. The location was perfect for experiencing the local vibe and the staff went above and beyond to show me around and organize fun activities. Special shout-out to Diana and Mike from the bar for making my time there even more enjoyable! The beds were super comfortable and the hostel had a great surfers vibe. The artwork on the walls in the cowork area was a nice touch. I also appreciated the extra friendly staff and the interesting events they organized, like salsa nights and delicious dinners.
The breakfast experience could have been improved by offering more variety.

I had an amazing time during my stay at Puerto Dreams. The staff, especially Jess and Mini Jess, were exceptional - always friendly, helpful, and fun to hang out with. The atmosphere and people there were great. The breakfast offered a variety of tasty options. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable. The hostel's location was perfect, with beaches, restaurants, a supermarket, a juice bar. Plus, they offer free bike rentals and plenty of social activities.
